MOVEMENT DANCE STUDIO RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR INSTRUCTORS

This Dance Studio Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the _ day of ________, 20__, by and between:

(hereinafter referred to as "Studio"), and

(hereinafter referred to as "Instructor").

1. TERM OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall commence on ________ and continue until ________ or until terminated as per Section 7.

2. RENTAL TERMS & USAGE

The Studio agrees to allow the Instructor to use the premises located at _________________ for the purpose of conducting dance classes or rehearsals.

•⁠ ⁠The Instructor may use the Studio on the following days/times: ____________________.

•⁠ ⁠The Instructor shall use the space strictly for dance instruction and related activities.

•⁠ ⁠The Instructor is responsible for leaving the Studio clean and in its original condition after each use.

3. RENTAL FEES & PAYMENT

The Instructor agrees to pay the Studio a rental fee of $__ per hour/class/session. Payment shall be made (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) via (cash/check/direct deposit) on the __ of each month.

4. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

The Instructor acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Studio. The Instructor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits.

5. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

•⁠ ⁠The Instructor agrees to hold the Studio harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from their activities.

•⁠ ⁠The Instructor shall obtain and maintain liability insurance and provide proof upon request.

6. CANCELLATION & STUDIO POLICIES

⁠The Instructor must provide at least _ hours’ notice for any cancellations.

•⁠ ⁠The Studio reserves the right to cancel a rental session due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide notice as soon as possible.

•⁠ ⁠The Instructor agrees to adhere to all Studio policies regarding noise levels, occupancy limits, and equipment usage.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with _ days' written notice. Immediate termination may occur if the Instructor violates Studio policies, fails to make payments, or engages in misconduct.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the state of ________.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions.
